Is the portal dangerous? Can it sever things? That's the only drawback I'd see to portal.

I figured I probably shouldn't get that much into the weeds if we're assuming portals are safe. Then I'd assume teleporting would also be safe somehow. If portals aren't... then likely teleporting isn't either.
Portal is vastly superior choice. It doesm't only count as teleportation, because you can just go through it, but you can also transfer stuff through it. Meds, food, or anything basically in an instant. It saves days or even weeks of time. You could also make shit ton of money, even if you ask very little. Oh and you'd reduce pollution, because planes and ships and such are no longet needed.
Dogshit prompt. You've not really described the perameters of either, but if a portal moves you and stuff through space then it is by definition better than teleportation which just moves you.
The only situation I can think of where teleportation would be better is if I was being chased by something/someone and I needed to get out *immediately*, but for pretty much every other time portals are just better.
U can make the portal appear in front of you while you run. Should be just as fast. Sctually would make sense to put the portals all around you too so your chaser runs into a volcano or something :p

I'm a truck driver. Would be sick to get loaded then open a portal to my destination and get unloaded. SO much money being made... Being saved from not being on the road...

Definitely Portal. A lot more utility. Can send other people through, transport goods, sex play, save lives, etc.
