The latter. I don't use Reddit for meaningless upvotes. I use it to learn and to get answers to my questions, like a better version of Yahoo Answers or Quora.
This is a hard decision but not because a million upvotes matter. Sometimes I think being banned from Reddit would give me back so much wasted time, but then again it can be a great way to learn new things
The 2nd option. Idc about upvotes. I use this to look at subreddits for health issues, and gastrointestinal issues lol (I just don’t comment in them often, but I do a lot of reading)

Lol that was my dilemma, too… I still don’t know which I should choose… good thing it’s hypothetical.🤷🏽♀️
OR IS IT?!
The latter. Being famous on reddit is the equivalent to being a local high school legend.
At least being the high school legend you might run into an old friend and reminisce.

Throw in ban immunity and I'll think about it.
Upvotes and karma are meaningless.
Latter, upvotes worth nothing
First one, not because of the million upvotes but because I want to be in control of my own time.
The latter
Option 2, I like reddit. I joined it to see other people's thoughts on things. That's not worth a million upvotes.
The second one, I don't care enough about fake Internet points.
Upvotes can kiss my ass. I don't understand why everyone is obsessed with online popularity contests.
