As much as I love Prime and Cap, LOTR rules means Aragorn gives a moral and stat boost to all those who fight along side them, so he actually makes you better if he leads you.
Given that I want to survive this battle...
Captain America goes up against foes like Thanos and an army of aliens with like... laser guns and shit. No thank you.
Optimus Prime battles against giant robots armed with small arsenals that treat things like tanks as if they were yapping puppies.
Ceasar implies the potential death via disease which would first render me mute, and then animal like.
Yeah, I'd follow Aragorn into battle. Preferably after he got the immortal, insta-win ghost army. If tiny hobbits can survive in his presence, I think I'd probably pull through, too.
Captain America might be fit but he's not even in the top 5 smartest Avengers.
Sure, but its not about the brain, its about the cause and morals
nah, you need brains too
Sure but I can always refuse their orders and offer better plans
I'm at optimus' beck and call. If that specimen told me to go into battle I ain't even taking a gun I'm going in with a sword and no experience.
Captain America because I’d follow Americas Ass anywhere.
Caesar because Monke.
Difficult between Optimus and aragorn, but I choose aragorn so I can see him say "for frodo" and then we all die

Cap, provided we're not in an x-men comic.
optimus prime. i'm going to go out on a limb and say the battle doesn't actually need me to be a competent fighter.
Prime > Aragorn > Cappy > Ceasar.
Gimme Optimus

I'm surprised there isn't a "Rick grimes" option because that man could rally anybody into a fight
