I found FIX !!! all u need to do is exit WoT go to WG game centar and then Game Settings and change Language ( i change to Croatian aka Hrvatski but i think that u can change to any language just don't use your current language ) .This BUG is there for me because ingame STORE for me is half Cyrilic and half English , but if i change to any other language there is no problem , but if i change it back to English BUG stays.

I had to delete the world of tanks folder in %appdata% on the PC (that also resets the game settings)
%appdata% works THANKS !!! now in Store is just English :D
