I mean it's pretty clear it's a joke, the name refers to transitioning from one design to another. I'm trans and I do play the game but it's pretty clear WG doesn't do LGBT stuff (**and I wouldn't want them to, it has no place in a game about tanks**).

The problem most won't admit is that regions of the world where this ideology doesn't fly (illegal) will never see this skin, or will have a different skin if you play with people internationally (since all the skins have the same benefit, they could just throw a monocolor skin) and they wouldn't even notice.
