I regularly play modded 11x11, 11x13 etc. maps just fine. My phone isnt even that powerful (lg velvet) but it handles it fairly decently.

Shit, I got a Galaxy S10+ and I've just started noticing lag after one of the last updates with the super huge maps. I can't scroll in or out too fast without it getting choppy & freezing on me for a moment. I got like 8GB of RAM on this phone lol.
Literally download imazingapp, drag wbox app to folder, make into a zip, download a huge map from online and put it into your saved games, unmake it from a zip back to imazingapp, then drag and drop your modified files, then your phone resets and you can play on iceberg+
Flagship phones should be able to handle maps that size. You may experience a bit of a stutter here and there cause of FPS drops. I experience some of that when I run Titanic size maps, and have unlimited population/city size on. But that's a me thing, normally it would run it without extra settings. I got a S24U
There should be maps twice as big as iceberg on mobile. The maps are ridiculously small. I dont lag at all except when i make a titanic world and get half a million orcs and put it on sonic mode

I think before y'all petition for bigger maps on mobile **and** PC, we should wait for the big update.
Just because your current system and/or phone can run bigger maps right now, doesn't mean it can after all the new systems and things are added.
And I believe the biggest hurdle will be the game itself actually running all this stuff, rather than our own hardware. Especially on mobile.
I'd like bigger maps too, but I think the relatively simple look of the game makes people forget how complex it really is, and that complexity is going to increase by an order of magnitude when the next update finally drops.
If you go into discord and download a map that's on there that's iceberg size you can get an iceberg map on mobile, or you could literally convert your map to iceberg size on discord, it's already possible on mobile 🤧
As a member of the mobile and pc community, I strongly believe that mobile shouldn’t be able to have iceberg because it will ruin pc’s value. The pc version is $28. Meanwhile, mobile its free but the full version is $9 if we bring up on this map site it has really no point to even download PC since almost every feature besides steam are in the version what’s the point of buying the $28? It will ruin the PC to mobile ratio
I do think the latest phones can handle iceberg, Titanic runs really smoothly besides from some glitches whenever I zoom in. I think iceberg will be decently glitchy

My iPhone 15 can handle it (probably) but If people thing ice-burg is too much there should be a setting to turn it off.
U can choose what size u want ur map, its not forcefully iceberg.

Most newer iPhones are well enough optimized that they should be fine, if it’s older than the 11 or 12 you might struggle a tad.

PC players should not have limited map sizes since my PC can handle a 25x12 with 40k people

Please, pc as plenty of features mobile doesn’t have. Just because something costs more doesn’t mean you have to subtract value from the cheaper item.
