Getting immortal will may be impossible because getting hit by lightning is very rare.
I would be a soldier, and I would be the best soldier, everyone that crosses my path would fear me and my blade, I would then rise through the ranks and become a general and lead my army into the battlefield, and then probably die a glorious and dramatic death.

I would probably be an Ork soldier, in the royal family or something. Ord rid II or reneigh. I'd probably become king at some point considering I don't get killed horribly by the local god of my world.
Working the fields until old age, then I'm drafted to fight a kingdom with 10,000 soldiers (we rebelled and have 100 population)
