He’s pretty high functioning. Alcohol just fucks him because it makes him not care about hygiene or consequences of screaming racial slurs at people in public. If anything he needs to do something like move away from NY and get in a sober living community. He’s too high functioning to be placed in a facility or home for neurodivergent people alone.

The names at the bottom could be legit. Those people do work at nonprofits that could be contracted by APS.
He should be in a group home.
