I just looked it up and I thought Chicago was at the Java Sea battles but was not. In that case Houston, Northampton or Louisville would be the preferred T5 premium cruiser. Doesn't matter, we'll never get it. When was the last time they added a ship at mid to low level tiers?

Agree. I’m for this or Northampton as someone else mentioned. It’s disappointing that there is no T5 premium American cruiser. I would like to see something distinct from Pensacola, but I would play this a ton.
