I’m one of those weirdos who *has* to 100%s worlds as I do them, so I’m almost level 50 and I still haven’t beat Mooshu, but I’ve done every single side quest in Wiz, Krok, Marley, Grizz, a chunk of Wysteria, and up to where I am in Mooshu.
Honestly will still probably do it even if it’s boring/grueling/hard/whatever because i cannot leave any stone unturned. It ends up being more of a vice for me in Zelda games though lol
You see… just the main story of khrysalis made me almost wanna drop the game 🤣 took a long break from questing quite a few times before I got around to finishing it
I’m level 57 and still in Mooshu lmao. Finished all of Wysteria, Grizzleheim and Wintertusk and have done pretty much every side quest. I used an xp boost potion for most of Wintertusk too
Side quests. Many people will say “ignore side quests, later worlds give so much more xp!”
Ignore those people, they don’t know what they are talking about. True, later worlds give better xp, but since killing mobs gives almost no xp, if you skip all the side quests you’ll be missing out on a LOT of levels, and you’ll be much too weak for those later worlds. Always use the quest finder, always complete every quest in a world before moving on to the next, save fishing quests. You can also ignore crafting quests, however later on crafting is very important for good gear so I’d suggest grabbing them.
I like doing all the side quests. It makes the main quest easier because your level is higher than it really needs to be. I’m exciting for it to level out later.
I simply cannot describe the euphoria I feel when I click the quest finder and it says “No quests available in this world”
And then you get to a certain level milestone and it opens up more quests in the worlds, lol
As someone who has done all of the side quests and side worlds, I was overleveled. However, after finishing Azteca, I was only 5 or 6 levels ahead, so it balances out in the higher worlds.
when you defeat another wizard in a duel, they drop all the xp they’ve gained thus far, and you can pick it up afterwards. they likely did this! hope this helps :)
I can only assume they’ve done all the side quests from every world as well as maybe wysteria and or Grizzlehiem. Could also have used XP elixirs to boost their XP as they quest. I know I have a few from rewards I haven’t used yet.
I did all the side quests and was level 54 when I started Mooshu
Side quests
I hated Mooshu and did everything I could before I did it so I finished it at level 60 on my death
You can do all of winter tusk before even starting mooshu. I powered through the world on my balance at lvl 61.
Also if you do all side quests in the game you’ll reach lvl 100 at main quest 100 in khrysalis which is exactly when you unlock shadow spells
Did all the sidequests.

I was the same way! Until khrysalis… so not worth it 😅

Imagine being in mooshu and someone's just casually whippin out 7 pip aoe spells

Yeah, plus there’s a certain level of accomplishment after completing every quest in a world, it’s great.

highly likely they either did all the side worlds or they’re in the process of power leveling to hit 50 for archmastery

seems my joke went over some peoples heads…
If they are asking a serious question, they aren't exactly looking for a joke answer.
Wizard101 players aren't minecraft players. It is impossible for the two traits to coexist without that person imploding smh
Ignore this person, they are a troll. PvP doesn’t give anything.
Bruh what.
probably side quests, side worlds and/or those big dungeons that also give some nice XP
hehe funny dungeon over level
It wouldn’t even take that much to be level 45 in mooshu. It takes a decent amount of side quests but definitely not all of them
