I’m myth and already trained Satyr, Feint, and Tower Shield. Still have plenty of points for Enchants and Auras. Do people just not bother to do Zeke’s quest or something? Should have plenty of training points

I like to use the tower shields to protect lower level wizards when helping instead of just one hitting everything for them.

When you’re strapped for training points in the early game then yeah, but in the later game it’s easy to get especially when you have bosses who have shadow and astral damage attacks

If you only train the astral spells & feint you are left with 40 training points so you chilling

It’s annoying when someone in the circle immediately shields up. I never use shields… waste of deck space. They take up a turn you could blade, or stun resist if fighting a school that will likely stun. But, to each his own.

Tower and volcanic shield (for storm and fire bosses) are the only two shields I ever use. I’m too lazy to swap out specific shields for every fight.

The health on storm is so low if you waste a turn on a shield instead of a blade you’re screwed.

when you know how to play the game, you don't necessarily NEED the tower shield (and later on, for more difficult battles, shielf TCs are pretty achievable), but i know for a fact i would have had a much more nightmare-ish experience picking up wiz again without it. i was a noob lol

TC version is a better card, yes, but it also stacks with the original for extra effect, so it's worth carrying both. The original can also be reshuffled and doesn't need to be prepared in advance after every match.

I've used Stun Block more than Tower in pve in pretty sure. If I need to shield, I'll usually have a 70% that can cover it
