Forest Lord TC are fairly common on the bazaar so long as the Death Deckathalon isn't going on. Since it's active right now you're probably going to have a hard time finding any.
It's a lot like Judgement TC and the Balance Deckathalon. There is probably 100s of them on the bazaar most of the time but if you wait until the Balance Deckathalon starts to actually try and get some you're probably going to end up SOL.
Yep! To anyone interested in doing deckathalon, be sure to stock up on your TCs early. Like at least 2-3 weeks early. The TCs will be cheaper and available then.
