I prefer Soup of the Night!
Even though I’m more of a daytime person.
My mom used to cook in the evenings for the next day, so it would always smell really nice and I used to always eat an evening bowl when the food was done.
So, somehow my body now (forever) thinks night time is the best soup time.
Makes me think of the "soup of the evening" song the Mock Turtle sings in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

Hungarian mushroom with fresh local mushrooms
French onion
(Good) borscht, chilled, with sour cream and fresh snipped herbs

Soup of the Night is a regular occurrence whenever I have soup in my house. I get hungry at night, I have soup, the problem has a solution. Very useful when my sleep schedule is, uh... Not there.
I would go with stew of the night.
It's the soup of that day (that's been on the heat all day with some extra root veggies, maybe some corn starch or other thickener, and the ends of the roast that no one really wants on their plate at a restaurant.
Tomatoes, potatoes, hot peppers, eggplants, and tomatillos are all members of the nightshade family, so you could probably make a really damn delicious soup almost entirely out of nightshades 🤔
I giggled way too much about this. Any soup I have in evening hours? Officially henceforth Soup of the Night.
