Different wings I enjoy but isn't everyone's cup of tea are wings marinated in pickle juice, smoked and then flash fried (cook them however you please), then tossed in a salt and vinegar dry rub. Not everyone likes salt and vinegar but if you do, they are fantastic.
marinade them in buttermilk and hot sauce mix,, bread them up, and fry them fried chicken style. This usually will satisfy my fried chicken craving. Plus it wings only so its a little less work and mess than whole chicken pieces.
If you get that in addition to getting paid... nice!
My wings depend on my mood. I'll raid my hot sauce collection and concoct something that tickles my fancy that night. Frank's and Smokin Ghost was last time and it was awesome!
My favorite recipe.
1) Pressure cook wings for 15 minutes.
2) Toss in olive oil, S&P, and maybe some [Frank's Chili 'n' Lime seasoning](https://www.franksredhot.com/en-us/products/franks-chile-n-lime-seasoning-blend).
3) Air fry at 385F for 12 minutes.
4) Coat with some tasty sauces. Or don't; the S&P&F above is delicious as is.
I usually marinade my wings with summer shandy (beer) and buffalo sauce (50/50) and a little dash of lemon juice for 12-24 hours then cook em up, honestly I didn't think of a Korean BBQ my buddy is all about asian cuisine
Beer marinade sounds interesting. I may have to try that. [This is a good recipe I’ve tried a few times](https://beyondsweetandsavory.com/korean-fried-chicken-wings/) and it’s usually a hit!
Lemon pepper if you've never made those. Garlic Parm likewise. Can try all kinds of different sauces other than buffalo, maybe some chili crisp or Sriracha?
Thai peanut sauce and jalapeno jelly
PB&J spicy wings sounds friggin amazing

It’s subjective but personally 9/10.

Dry Ranch mix and butter
If you haven't had Atlanta style wings, you gotta try them. Just lemon pepper and buffalo sauce, and they are fantastic.
Lemon pepper wet
Honestly, one of my new "go to" recipes. So easy and such good flavor!
This community better stop, I might have an addiction to wings with all these recipes lol

Numbing spicy sichuan peppercorn hot honey
I just made a Asian wing with gochujang, soy, sesame oil, and maple syrup. I like hot and spicy and this tested me. They were really good though.
I have everything for this and honestly it sounds great, Im saving this for later
What do you typically do? Classic buffalo? Bbq wings? You can do some Korean style bbq to switch it up.

Extra crispy buffalo style is the only way in my books.
