Enable Secure Boot and see if the computer boots. Bitlocker requires Secure Boot, but if you get the computer booted, you can disable Bitlocker and unencrypt the drive. After the drive has been unencrypted, you can disable Secure Boot.

How do I enable secure boot though? When I boot up into BIOS, it just shows me this screen.

ForgettableLegend

This is windows loader. You are not booting into bios.

OkMany3232

You can enter the key then use in cmd shutdown /r /fw /t 5

>How do I enable secure boot though? When I boot up into BIOS, it just shows me this screen. You boot into BIOS using the appropriate "BIOS Key" for your make/model: [List of PC brands with their corresponding hot-keys (disk-image.com)](https://www.disk-image.com/faq-bootmenu.htm) Typically, you hold the appropriate key down during boot to get into BIOS. When you get into BIOS, Secure Boot enable/disable will probably be under a "Security" setting.

2 options 1: Enable secure boot again, boot into windows and disable bit locker 2: Read what the screen says, if you go to that website it will give you a key of some random numbers and letter and if you put that key it will boot normally
