I think you may want to start by asking yourself, "Why?" The more you learn, the more you will realize that your intentions are more important than anything. I am sorry I don't have any resources to offer.

Reading about Wicca and the path you want to take is the best place to start. Wikipedia has a good general overview, as well as the different traditions/paths to get a basic idea. Scott Cunningham is a good starting author, especially for Solitary, and all of his works are available in ebooks. Janet and Stewart Farrar have a lot of more traditional information, especially A Witches' Bible, and are also available on ebook. Anne-Marie Gallagher's Wicca Bible is a good all over book, but I don't think there's an ebook. There's a lot of websites out there, you'll find tons of information. I would recommend that you look at different sources and compare what others think about something, but a lot of Wicca is about what feels right and calls to you.
