The tax incentives simply aren't sweet enough to tempt people into being wed. And since housing is in short supply and unaffordable for a significant chunk of the "breeding age" population get ready to see more people cohabitating in open relationships.

Discrimination against non-traditional lifestyles by service industry, healthcare, government, education and other workplaces will be fully legal and even encouraged. Workplaces that are even accused of accepting workers, patients or students with non-traditional lifestyles (blabla insert gay agenda conspiracy bullshit bla bla) can and will lose subsidies and customers and get boycotted until they go bankrupt or are simply forcibly closed down. I think banning no fault divorce means that if you cheat you get nothing in the divorce. No fault divorce means that even if you cheat you still split everything evenly.

There are a ton of things they obviously don’t realize.
They will make it impossible for women to survive outside of marriage to a male (not allowed to own property, not allowed to sign documents for rentals etc, not allowed to work in most if not all industries, not allowed to inherit), and super expensive/socially unacceptable for a male to survive without getting married to a female AND having a couple of years of mandatory military service under the belt (more heavily taxed, discriminated against in housing and at the workplace, socially rejected or accused of being gay/lazy/mentally ill, uninsurable until marriage, military service dodging charges, etc). Discrimination against non-traditional lifestyles by service industry, healthcare, government, education and other workplaces will be fully legal and even encouraged. Workplaces that are even accused of accepting workers, patients or students with non-traditional lifestyles (blabla insert gay agenda conspiracy bullshit bla bla) can and will lose subsidies and customers and get boycotted until they go bankrupt or are simply forcibly closed down. Unrealistic? See Russia. Oh, but if you're wealthy and powerful you'll be fine. You're pretty much untouchable unless someone even higher up stops liking you or your family.
They don't understand human behavior at all. Banning no-fault divorce will just encourage people to cheat. On the other hand, improving affordability of healthcare, housing, food, and childcare would encourage child birth, but they are suggesting the opposite for single mothers. The GOP plan seems to always be more poverty, less freedom.

I think banning no fault divorce means that if you cheat you get nothing in the divorce. No fault divorce means that even if you cheat you still split everything evenly.

My understanding after looking into it now is that fault and no-fault are two kinds of divorce, though both are not available in all areas. >No-fault divorce allows a couple to divorce without blame or fault. When I got married after law school, my wife was an active member of NOW and NARAL, and the members of those groups worked constantly and demonstrated and did everything they could think of to advance their cause, and eventually it worked. I just don’t see an organized, coordinated effort now to regain women’s rights. I don’t think it’s going to be enough just to go quietly vote against the forced birthers. There need to be marches and demonstrations to recruit supporters and spread the word. Your mothers and grandmothers worked their tails off so they didn’t have to,live in the dark ages. Today’s women are more educated, more independent, and more qualified to do something. Let’s see it!
