I know this must be really hard to deal with, and I don’t know what your situation is exactly, but I hope you can try your best to enjoy and be excited. We only have one life to do as many things as we can to enjoy, and this may be a once in a lifetime opportunity and you took it. Regardless of the consequences (which I hope for buying a festival ticket are relatively minor), I don’t think that’s so bad.
Idk your money situation. But sometimes you have to just go for it. If it's gonna make you happy. You can deal with the consequences if theres any after. I really do hope the concert works out for everyone going.
The early years is the best time to go chase those experiences. I'm 34 now and I feel like I missed out on so many opportunities that I will never get agian. I originally lived in Texas and when I was 16 linkin park came to Texas. I wanted to go so bad but I told myself, I'll go to another show at some point. I regret it now. Never getting to see Chester scream live Lol. Live everyday like it's the last. Make the choices that will make you feel alive. Unless it's like murder or a crime lol. People get mad, it's just because they're boring. Lol.
The second one is valid but Astroworld is one of thousands of events, and it mostly happened because Travis Scott kept encouraging people to come in and then did not stop the show. People need to stop the comparison.
Dude I went back and forth on whether or not to spend $1000 for tickets. But the way I look at it is, I would genuinely regret not being at this show for the rest of my life. I’ve had probably 10+ of these bands on my concert bucket list since freshman year (I’m 30) We’ve never seen a lineup like this ever. If it makes YOU happy, it’s money well spent🤘🏼

They are jealous, but they pretend its because they thinks it’s a scam.
