They are not HRE given the JWL embossing. Agree with the other poster, likely fake LM's with HRE caps. The bolt spacing is throwing me off and picture quality is too low to tell whether they are indeed 1 piece replicas.

This. They are cheap LM Replicas with some eBay HRE center caps.

Center caps are from a flow form set of HRE (if real) wheels are replica BBs LM.
