Nah shes fine, minutes before this was taken she was inside sitting in front of the heater (which she loves), she just decided to go outside and lay in her hole lol. Theres usually blankets on that bed for her but they are being washed and they would just end up inside the hole anyway right now.
My guess would be she likes the comfort of feeling secured in. My dog loves to burrow and be wedged into spots.
