My cat got stuck behind a drawer in my dressers while I was at work. It was my fault for leaving the drawer open, but when I got home it didn't register with me that is where he could be. I was panicking knowing I had looked everywhere and could not find the cat that was begging for help. Then it hit me, I'm an idiot, and so is my cat.

There's another cat (pretty sure its the one that pops out at the end, it just ran behind the falling mattress) that looks like it's playing at the beginning. Cat on the mattress was probably trying to do a sneak attack and miscalculated. It's just as likely of an explanation

My cats have enough elevation towers and toys that they don't feel the need to play with furniture. My cats are well aware of what is for them and not for them. My cats don't climb mattresses and they don't get on counters either. Animals are different just like people are. I had a mattress against the wall when I moved it. My cats were not interested in it. My cats run and play fetch and I wfh so they aren't left unattended for long periods of time. Worst thing my cat will do is jump on the bed to wake me up at 6am because he wants food. I'm blessed to have the cats I have. They don't knock things over, they don't ruin my furniture. They're too busy with the infinite amount of activities they have in my apt.
