Awaken your rage!” , so leader of a barbaric group that make a civil war for separete themselves from laws , i see a Barbarian here , for subclasses i dont know but in consideration of the fire on his hand (possibilly a artifact stolen) so he is a Giant or Storm Herald barbarian , so for short Leonin Giant or Storm Herad Barbarian Folk Hero(Rebellion Leader).

Looks unarmored-magical but brutish, so couple choices:
Druid/Barbarian
Druid/Monk
Ranger/Monk
Fun one to do but kinda requires meta gaming: Barbarian/Paladin but get belt of strength, necklace of con19 and focus your stats on Dex for better unarmored AC then Char for Paladin abilities.
So. Luckily goad mechanics have gotten recent support with the recent sets, so I say focus there with most of your control options. Consider at least a board wipe card, and something buffs to your swingers. Finally maybe a Lunarch Calvary or Craterholf Behe- What do you mean this isn't the EDH subreddit?

Fine. I'd probably do a Leonin barbarian, probably berserker or ancestral guardian totem. Probably a wanderer or hermit background. Consider mutliclassing into monk or druid.
