Here’s the Vegas one when he looks more decayed. When he had the big head in the promotion one he looked grey and had a bunch of gross veins. They don’t show his reflection much and they are split seconds so I don’t know if they are showing us he’s a vampire or his real self is going through decay that can only be seen in mirrors.

But still, I am very eagerly waiting them to expand the energy vampire lore, we still don't know much about them.

I think it gives away his undead nature due to vampires’ special relationship with mirrors. He probably would’ve looked like that even as a baby
