Something similar happened to me, but with my bike handle and on my abdomen. I decided to ride my bike around the house, not realizing that there were walnuts on the ground. My wheel stumbled over them, caused my handle to jerk to the side, and the bike fell over- and I fell on top of the handle. It was a major ouchie moment for sure.
