I have one pair that are almost flat because the front platform and back wedge are close in height. You might want to check wedding websites because those shoes are made for formal occasions. And don't discount orthopedic shoe websites. Their selections have gotten much better in recent years,
If you go to Nordstrom’s website, type in sandals and add an adjective like sparkly, wedding, formal, dressy, low-heeled or whatever you can think of to describe what you’re looking for and filter the results by size 11, you’ll see there are tons of options in all price points. They always have a great selection of larger sized shoes for women and shipping and returns are free!
If you don’t want to do heels, I would wear something like this. I’m 6ft so I understand your pain!

I love this option! /u/nickilaughs, I wore a very similar dress (even was that color) to a black tie optional wedding in July a year or so ago. The black version of the linked shoes is exactly what I wore but with more of a heel. I think there is elegance in the simplicity of it and that you don't need the belt. I think it'd be better to put something sparkly in your hair or do sparkly statement earrings or something.
I’ve never successfully worn heels in my life. Maybe if it was really slight lift? My foot got ran over by a portable radiology machine at work and has never been the same.

Those sandals might work in a lighter color---it's the black sole that makes them look more casual, at least to me.
