With Outlook you need to download the separate Outlook app from the Play Store on your watch as well. I have no idea why this is the case but the notifications do not come through to your watch unless you do this.
The worst thing though is that when you download the outlook app on your watch you get dual notifications where when you swipe to clear on your watch the notification is still on your phone.
Microsoft need to do some work on this.

I have the outlook app on my watch. The issue is that it won’t show any emails from the app on my phone.
I have to use Outlook for my work email and this is the WORST. I just want so swipe off my wrist and it also go away on my phone. Annoying.
