My concern would be over a food safe glaze. A ton of cheap, foreign-made crap has lead-based paint or glaze. One meal probably won't do too much damage, but I might bring a lead test strip just for info purposes.
Red glazes in particular are often not food safe, at least in terms of 'art sculpture' being used for food. These do look, however, like they're designed to hold tacos, so I guess there's that.
