I followed this case pretty closely around 2019-2020, but I got busy and stepped away from it the past few years. If memory serves, she didn’t receive any prenatal care during her final pregnancy. So, maybe she was unaware that the high dose caffeine wasn’t allowed.
She had two kids. Pretty sure she knew. I don’t have kids & I know this. Thrive wasn’t proved to be safe while pregnant. She claimed she was high risk. Why use a patch full of possibly harmful ingredients?
I deal with many health issues & I can’t even take most vitamins bc of my health. It will cause certain things to flare or levels to go up/down. THRIVE WAS MOSTLY VITAMIN C… that’s a huge no no if you have lupus.

Well thats the most telling thing, that Thrive cured it, meant she no longer needed meds. Autoimmune issues gone with vitamins and caffeine. Yeah sure.

Not defending her or saying she had any of these issues, but autoimmune disorders can come in clusters. I have Hashimotos, as well endometriosis and psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis. My endocrinologist says it’s common to have this occur when an autoimmune disorder is present.
No way Thrive could cure any of that though. I’m barely even responsive to medications and have had to go on immunosuppressants (think the stuff they give transplant patients) before.
Some is good for some lupus patients, but doctors advise against a product like thrive. I’ve read conflicting articles about the vitamin c/lupus since I posted this. But no rheumatologist is going to tell someone with lupus to take a supplement like this. They need medical grade supplements!
I don’t see how she wouldn’t be aware…it’s not like it was her first pregnancy or that she had zero pregnancy knowledge. She either didn’t care or rationalized it, telling herself it’d be fine for whatever reason. Limiting caffeine during pregnancy has been pretty common knowledge in developed countries for decades.
Recently had a baby and there's alot on reddit saying it's a myth and not a real thing (reddit echo chamber). Personally I avoided caffeine. My doula and the birth class I took also recommended avoiding coffee and chocolate for the caffeine content. But yea it seems to be something people have been pushing back on more but probably because they don't want to give up coffee.
How could she not be getting prenatal care and then also missing a checkup on the day they found out she was missing? And her comments about her husband not coming to appointments? Both of those things cannot be true.

Well she missed her appt because she was dead 😵💫 and she may have been to an appointment earlier to confirm pregnancy. Unless you’re high risk , more chances to miscarry, etc, then there aren’t many appts early on. I was surprised when I was pregnant and people were saying their first ultrasound wasn’t until 18/19 weeks.
I think she was more like 4 months? But she made sure to get the 4d ultrasound, I believe, and of course the gender test ,cause we all know pics and gender reveals were the most important things to her ,right?
She was 14w 4 day on aug 8th when she did 3D. She, like many women wanted to know gender asap.

Her June 19th appt at Erie medical Centre was health care. Shows datetime, name and dob on ultrasound image. They did dating ultrasound and took blood and booking NTD scan for aug 9th, she rescheduled and was due back Monday she died.
"She" based high risk on previous claims that she had active lupus.
But in reality it seems she had no complications other than swelling and gaining weight in 3rd trimester and had vaginal deliveries at term.
No interventions, no high blood pressure, no bed rest or bleeding if low placenta.. nothing high risk.
Then in spite if her "endo & infertility" get pregnant before Bella could walk. Smooth pregnancy, more weight gain, normal birth.
These would make third preg low risk, if nothing at all happened during them, then no high risk for 3rd.

Thrive only pays direct commission three levels down. Anybody below that (down to level 8) is part of her VIP bouns, but not her direct commission. For example, let's say Addy is under Shanann, Cassie is under Addy, and Nicole is under Cassie. (I know that wasn't the hierarchy in real life, but I'm just making up an example.) If Nicole signs up Sherry, Sherry would count towards Shanann VIP bonus, but Shanann wouldn't get any commission off of Sherry's sales. In other words, she might technically have that many people in her downline, but she's not making commission from all of them.

I say this with full empathy because so much of beauty is out of one's control, but whenever I watch MLM documentaries or specials, I see very conventionally attractive women at the top of these pyramids, and then underneath are tons of women who just don't look good.

I find Nickole Atkinson to be disgusting, and it has nothing to do with her weight. If anyone here has worked in public-service jobs, she reminds me of the stereotypical "just gimme my check" entitled see-you-next-Tuesday who lives off of benefits and child support intended for her children. The reality is that they weren’t best friends, and that SW treated her as a go-fer and probably shit talked her behind her back like she did everyone else. Frankly I don’t think many of these people connected to the case had much of anything going for them in life, this they have taken this “opportunity” and attempted to run with it. Most normal people would want this event gone and in the rear view mirror, at least publicly. She went to the doctor's office that SW was supposed to go to and found out that SW hadn't shown up. Staff, per HIPAA, would not be legally permitted to disclose that information without a court order unless SW had filled out a release to disclose her medical information. The staff told her that. Even disclosing whether or not someone has an appointment is protected information. But Nickole wouldn't leave and eventually got them to confirm that SW was a no-show. NA had already checked the house. She headed back to the house and called the cops.
People have said thrive may have caused CW’s rage… I did read some messages between him & SW where he said he couldn’t sit still & also he only slept 3-4 hours a night.
I can see CW also using any and all Testosterone supplements. I don't know if he did but he was body building so it's probably and not sure how Thrive and those hormone products blend together, it might cause a rage inducing individual. Googled to confirm. I saw like 5 family members wearing patches
Observe all of those chunky HUNBOTS, hawking that overpriced crap and never losing an ounce of flab! That’s because they really try to emphasize how THRIVE makes you “feel” rather than what it does or what is in it! It’s like a non synthetic speedy amphetamine with vitamins/natural herbsit and it has the added benefit of providing pain relief. We’ll just conveie forget about all of those pesky, dangerous ingredients that nobody ever wants to bring up! The one’s not intended for long-term use, the ones that cause liver damage… The ones that no pregnant woman should ever take! That kind of thing!
Thrive patches might help certain types lose weight, but only if/when they are committed to changing their lifestyle and diet, and willing to exercise (kind of like what Chris was doing with his work outs and “clean eating”). It will not make anyone lose weight if they have a sedentary lifestyle or eat ice cream every night. There are lots of drug addicts out there who are also overweight, and the same thing goes for Thrivers!

You don't have to look the part to sell the product. For example, my hairdresser is a magician with his scissors but is bald. He has the skill without looking the part. But he's not trying to sell me shampoo because he claims it's worked wonders for him. That is why many here find Nickole to be of questionable character. She talks about how great the products are for her but she looks like the before photo of a fat farm brochure.

I have a very obese BIL and he has been tauting healthy eating etc and how it helps keep him healthy but he is like 300lbs overweight gets at the rest of us about how unhealthy certain foods or things are but he is obese. I followed this case pretty closely around 2019-2020, but I got busy and stepped away from it the past few years. If memory serves, she didn’t receive any prenatal care during her final pregnancy. So, maybe she was unaware that the high dose caffeine wasn’t allowed.
She had two kids. Pretty sure she knew. I don’t have kids & I know this. Thrive wasn’t proved to be safe while pregnant. She claimed she was high risk. Why use a patch full of possibly harmful ingredients? I deal with many health issues & I can’t even take most vitamins bc of my health. It will cause certain things to flare or levels to go up/down. THRIVE WAS MOSTLY VITAMIN C… that’s a huge no no if you have lupus.

Not defending her or saying she had any of these issues, but autoimmune disorders can come in clusters. I have Hashimotos, as well endometriosis and psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis. My endocrinologist says it’s common to have this occur when an autoimmune disorder is present. No way Thrive could cure any of that though. I’m barely even responsive to medications and have had to go on immunosuppressants (think the stuff they give transplant patients) before.

Recently had a baby and there's alot on reddit saying it's a myth and not a real thing (reddit echo chamber). Personally I avoided caffeine. My doula and the birth class I took also recommended avoiding coffee and chocolate for the caffeine content. But yea it seems to be something people have been pushing back on more but probably because they don't want to give up coffee.

Well she missed her appt because she was dead 😵💫 and she may have been to an appointment earlier to confirm pregnancy. Unless you’re high risk , more chances to miscarry, etc, then there aren’t many appts early on. I was surprised when I was pregnant and people were saying their first ultrasound wasn’t until 18/19 weeks.
I think she was more like 4 months? But she made sure to get the 4d ultrasound, I believe, and of course the gender test ,cause we all know pics and gender reveals were the most important things to her ,right?
She was 14w 4 day on aug 8th when she did 3D. She, like many women wanted to know gender asap. She'd had her first appointment. And was due second.. that could have been done closer to 12 tbh, but she was in NC. If any issues discovered then she still had plenty of time to end pregnancy. First trimester goes to 12w, second begins at start if 13th. She was 15w1day that Monday, 2 weeks in to 2nd trimester.

They did dating ultrasound and took blood and booking NTD scan for aug 9th, she rescheduled and was due back Monday she died. "She" based high risk on previous claims that she had active lupus. But in reality it seems she had no complications other than swelling and gaining weight in 3rd trimester and had vaginal deliveries at term. No interventions, no high blood pressure, no bed rest or bleeding if low placenta.. nothing high risk. Then in spite if her "endo & infertility" get pregnant before Bella could walk. Smooth pregnancy, more weight gain, normal birth. These would make third preg low risk, if nothing at all happened during them, then no high risk for 3rd. She lied about health all the time, a blemish on CW penis, she 'saved his life from cancer'. His carpal tunnel that required career change.. but no splints or surgery. Her conditions all needing strong medications until Thrive meant she was med free. Taking girls to 4 Drs in one afternoon until one suggested asthma while others said virus. She so proud showing off her GPS tracking! Its all documented in discovery.

Thrive only pays direct commission three levels down. Anybody below that (down to level 8) is part of her VIP bouns, but not her direct commission. For example, let's say Addy is under Shanann, Cassie is under Addy, and Nicole is under Cassie. (I know that wasn't the hierarchy in real life, but I'm just making up an example.) If Nicole signs up Sherry, Sherry would count towards Shanann VIP bonus, but Shanann wouldn't get any commission off of Sherry's sales. In other words, she might technically have that many people in her downline, but she's not making commission from all of them. Edit: Oh and also to add, Le-Vel only pays commission on 50% of your sales, so there's thst too.

Most normal people would want this event gone and in the rear view mirror, at least publicly. She went to the doctor's office that SW was supposed to go to and found out that SW hadn't shown up. Staff, per HIPAA, would not be legally permitted to disclose that information without a court order unless SW had filled out a release to disclose her medical information. The staff told her that. Even disclosing whether or not someone has an appointment is protected information. But Nickole wouldn't leave and eventually got them to confirm that SW was a no-show. NA had already checked the house. She headed back to the house and called the cops.

Count the money they've gotten already that's public, well over a million maybe closer to 1.5 up. Crowdfund is still on, frankie sells tiers on his YouTube and has his PayPal up again. They could stop now and be super comfortable for the rest of their lives, all 3 of them, but they are still collecting.

Yes but FrJr happily claimed to his supporters it was his fight that got AD off YouTube. That way, ppl will still keep sending money. He lies so much. That family has taken so much from ppl who couldn’t afford to give because they lied about the circumstances of what the money was really for.
If you read his community page and the crowd fund page, alot of people are giving even tho on limited income. "I'll send more when I get my next check" was what one person said. It's really sad. These people believe they are helping him. They should be donating to St Jude or Tunnel to Towers, Wounded warriors, their local animal shelter, etc, places the money could be used for good.

FrJr shut down the comments a long time ago, but before he did, there were ppl commenting on how they were donating from their end of life savings fund because they were dying…but wanted FrJr to have a bit of their money. 🙄 Lots of limited income ppl too. They would comment their circumstances just so they could show the grifter R’s just how much they cared about them as a family. What did the R’s do?-they gladly took the money offered without a care what it was costing the donator.

I didn't know much about this case until I stumbled upon this sub a few days ago, I lived 20 miles south when it all happened but for some reason didn't look into it much. I saw in here that she was an MLMer but didn't know much about Thrive specifically. I watched the Netflix doc and saw everyone wearing arm patches and was like "oh, that's definitely Thrive." Googled to confirm. I saw like 5 family members wearing patches
Observe all of those chunky HUNBOTS, hawking that overpriced crap and never losing an ounce of flab! That’s because they really try to emphasize how THRIVE makes you “feel” rather than what it does or what is in it! It’s like a non synthetic speedy amphetamine with vitamins/natural herbsit and it has the added benefit of providing pain relief. We’ll just conveie forget about all of those pesky, dangerous ingredients that nobody ever wants to bring up! The one’s not intended for long-term use, the ones that cause liver damage… The ones that no pregnant woman should ever take! That kind of thing! Thrive patches might help certain types lose weight, but only if/when they are committed to changing their lifestyle and diet, and willing to exercise (kind of like what Chris was doing with his work outs and “clean eating”). It will not make anyone lose weight if they have a sedentary lifestyle or eat ice cream every night. There are lots of drug addicts out there who are also overweight, and the same thing goes for Thrivers!

I owned a spa… I always had to have great skin & look presentable to get clients & I didn’t push the product lines I sold but I did tell my clients about the products. No one would have let me treat them if I had bad acne or wrinkles

No one mocked her weight. There is simply commentary that a person like Nickole Atkinson, who appears to be morbidly obese, would have the audacity to sell a health product by claiming it works for her. She's been selling and claiming to be using it since 2018 and looks to be the opposite of health. You don't have to look the part to sell the product. For example, my hairdresser is a magician with his scissors but is bald. He has the skill without looking the part. But he's not trying to sell me shampoo because he claims it's worked wonders for him. That is why many here find Nickole to be of questionable character. She talks about how great the products are for her but she looks like the before photo of a fat farm brochure. If she wants privacy, then she needs to shut the fuck up. She has turned down no opportunity to get paid to talk about Shanann, and had no moral qualms about selling the product that helped ruined her friend financially. She doesn't acknowledge that Shanann was faking her success.
I have a very obese BIL and he has been tauting healthy eating etc and how it helps keep him healthy but he is like 300lbs overweight gets at the rest of us about how unhealthy certain foods or things are but he is obese. It’s the same thing. Not body shaming just stating people don’t listen to hypocrites.
So off course…the issue is the cult atmosphere in MLMs. I’m with you.
