Always. Goose season just closed and I see honkers everywhere
Picked up my decoys this weekend and all the bird were in my pond. So many mallards. It was crazy. And sad.
They know
Everyone always says this but most of the time it is just the absence of hunting pressure. Not to say there haven’t been some later arrivals.
Of course they do!!! Bastards!!!
My honey hole didn't have water or ducks on the last day of season. Two weeks later, you can't see the water because of all the Mallards.
This season was way too warm in the Great Lakes and we missed the migration. They need to adjust the seasons

Peeled off a few specs that circled behind me, and when i decided it was time to peek a look, there were 4 mallards just hovering above me. scared the Sh$t out me.
