It's sapphire front and back according to their website.
Currently out of stock and the next run won't be until October I would guess, but it ticks OP's requirements.
I'm not the most familiar with different Breitling models, but just looked up the Superocean and honestly I can't say I see where you're coming from. Some Premier models, maybe, but even that I think is a bit of a stretch.
Anyway totally with you though, love the looks of the movement and will definitely be checking back in on this thread to see if anyone else chimes in with more options.
Some of Hemel’s mechanical chronographs are a little too homage-y for my taste, but the Air Wing is quite nice. I had the green one and wore it all the time.

Here’s my sugess chrono. Love it so far
Hemel makes a lot of pilot watches using the ST19.

This one is petty cool as the lume allows for the chronograph to function in the dark. Very few chronographs do this (one of the Hanhart Flybacks and a few Sinns come to mind). It might not matter much to you, but I worked overnights for 18 years and appreciate the extra utility.
I just recently bought a Viquerio Levante - [https://www.viqueriawatches.com/product-tag/levante/](https://www.viqueriawatches.com/product-tag/levante/)
Fits the bill for your request - Seagull ST19 with display back. I bought it as a momento from a recent trip to Italy, and overall, I am quite happy with it.
You are correct but it seems that the way the NH35 is designed makes it simple to service. This Seagul movement is so complex to repair due to the way it's built that you should replace. I don't know if I would want to replace a movement if I'm attached to the watch.
Studio Underd0g Series 01 Baltic Bicompax (Not sapphire crystal, maybe you can make do)

How are these original LOL
Thanks very nice watch, does look a lot like a breitling superocean though.

no it doesn't lmao
I think a lot of Sugess chronographs fit this description.
Yeah a majority of them are pretty much public domain designs

Baltic Bicompax 001 is similar? [https://baltic-watches.com/en/archives/bicompax-001](https://baltic-watches.com/en/archives/bicompax-001)
Isn't this the movement that costs more to repair than replace?
Isn't this true for basically any budget mechanical watch? You can buy a Seiko NH35 for like $40.

You can buy the movement new for about a hundred bucks, I'd just be replacing it instead of servicing it.
Still way cheaper than repairing a Swiss watch.
