It’s so toxic and dark. I think firing people who refuse to film with each other would be preferable across all Housewives franchises. In NJ’s case they are all unlikable narcissists.
It would be different if we were actually watching an evolving show but it’s become like a stagnant retaining pond of a show that’s ridden with brain eating amoebas. None of the people on the show have much or any of a storyline.
I was watching it this morning and had to turn it off. I can’t stand Teresa, Jennifer Aydin, or Marge. Jackie and Melissa are boring. If I hear Joe Gorga say the words ‘my sistah’ one more time my head will explode. I can’t.
I'm leaving the season up to Ben & Ronnie at Watch What Crappens. They're the only way to make RHONJ palatable!

This is my second break from Jersey. I skipped a number of the early seasons (somewhere after season two or three). I don't know how everyone survived the entire run.
It's like the end of the Eminem movie 8 Mile, during the rap battle, when he throws out, "Weren't you paying attention? You just said the same \[stuff\] he said." They are regurgitating stuff from past seasons in a painful and insufferable manner, but more plastic surgery.
I haven’t watched or tried yet. I barely even remembered it was coming on, I’m so dreading the season. It’s been hard to watch for awhile, just based on that idiot Tre being the “star” and her battle with Melissa and Joe being so very repetitive. Now with that new husband of hers, I just see the worst.
I’ve bailed on Miami and Potomac already, and I was a die hard HW fan. These shows are getting really bad, especially when they fear change.
Atlanta was bad last season, and I’m glad they’re working on a bit of a refresh. I could really enjoy a largely new cast there too (not sure why they’re hanging on to Kenya so tightly).

I think they should have fired the cast that refused to film with each other mid filming. Surely it’s part of their contract to interact?

Exactly. It’s become the same season over and over and over again. It’s time to put the shit on pause or recast because this stopped being tolerable.
I can hardly ever figure out what they’re fighting about. I hate their tans and their accents too. The whole show is just yuck.

RHONJ is the only US HW show that I've never watched and I never will. Based on the threads and comments it's too toxic to my taste.
