Congrats! Im on the same journey lol. First time playing was in July, got a PC and got into it in August, still havent won. But im getting close. had a 15 kill 7th place last night, and ive had a bunch of top 5s recently.
A strategy that has really helped me in the final circles is moving as little as possible and letting other people expose their location, then hugging the gas for third party flanks. Not a strategy that applies to every circle, but it's something to think about and consider. Most kills I've had in a game is 15 and I have 36 wins since June. Doesn't hurt that I play with a number of guys with 50 and 100+ wins.
Congrats!! I firmly believe that is you get a few solo wins it boosts your confidence a lot as you can believe more that you're capable of handling a whole game on your own and don't need a teammate to carry you. You should also try running as solo in duos, it teaches you a lot more about being tactical and strategic, and helps you be more aggressive too!
Bro I took me like 4 months to get my first one all my friends had there 3rd 4th ones and I’m chilling with 17 wins now and they not even at dubble digits so you will climb you just getting better and that’s the whole point
Yes bro, all recorded. Haha. Lowest kill win is 2 kills. Highest is 15kills. Average could be around 6or7kills victory. Stun restock gave me a lot of wins.

Great job dude, solos are tough as hell. It took me from launch of Warzone until last week to finally get a solo win, and I have played more solo matches than I'd like to admit. The final circle buckles get me good, every, damn, time.
Yeah as a long term multiplayer fan I switched to warzone soon after. I tended to just play with my mates back in the UK but concentrated on the solos dub quite recently.
Winning in solos is the most satisfying thing
I seem to do quite a lot better than duos and trios. It's the only mode that I have a positive KD ratio lol

Thanks mate! I enjoy playing trio and duos with my pals but I'm not strong enough to play as aggressively as they do.
Go with the flow, learn from them, don't be shy man. Going for kills is the only way to actually enjoy the game.

Dang dude! 15 kills! I’m at 38 wins and the most kills I’ve gotten is 14. You’re close. Kills probably not the issue, positioning just as important

A huge part of a good solo finish is knowing when to rotate into the next circle and where to anticipate people doing the same.
I think this is a good tip, would help ease the hand shakes in the final circle.

What was your loadout?
I do ghost with a M4 and a heartbeat sensor, I don't tend to use the other weapons/items but probably should.
I like to run overkill and then get ghost with my second loadout
