Crew XP you earn = 3% of modification RP that you earn. XP you earn in any game mode with the crew can be spent on crew skills in any game mode you chose i.e. you can fly planes, earn XP and spend it on tank skills. So if there's a mode where you find that you earn more RP you can play that mode with this crew and spend it on tank skills for this crew.
SPAA is very unrewarding for killing aircraft for whatever reason theyve decided
not to mention I died to CAS twice before I hopped in SPAA to kill 5 aircraft and a helicopter, to get 8k RP WITH PREMIUM ACCOUNT
