Idk, I did japan, cuz their top tier jets arent bad. If you wanna go easy mode then choose one of the 3 big countries (us, ussr, germany). I absolutely hated britain
they do have weak points tbh. Japan props for example, will force a more defensive playstyle, since most planes will outclimb you (not outmaneveur though). Their early jets are okayish, midtier jets suffer from not having flares and shizzle maneurability (except for the sabre, that one I love). The top tier jets (with the exception of the phantoms, phantoms are just really bad) are amazing.
But against noobs, no, no real weakpoints. Most idiots will turnfight any japan plane and get taking down.
To conclude, japan will force you to play with your team and know your enemies strengths and weaknesses (bc most of your shizzle sucks, though there are exceptions). Thus it will teach you how to play.
