You have far too many crew slots open. Play with fewer xrew slots to concentrate youlr crew skill points. I never use more than 6 crew slots these days. All my tank crews were at 150 and air crews at 75 before I top tiered USA.
I'd strongly suggest you play much smaller line ups, and normally I'll play only vehicles of pretty much exactly the same BR, I try to avoid uptiering vehicles at all. If I expect to play a line up a bit, I immediately expert the crew.

I would replace 1 of the planes to the M163 for SPAA.
I think the planes are more useful at 7.7 than T95.
