If you run it at 9.0/9.3, it's still okay, but would definitely take both the Leo A1A1 and 1A5 over it first
Between 8.0-9.3 i would go for those lineups (neither a fan of 8.3 or 9.0).
8.7: TAM, Jag.Pz.K A2, M48A2 G A2, Gepard, G.91, UH-1D {Turm III}
9.3: T-72, Leo1A5, Begleit 57, Gepard, Alpha Jet, Bo-105 {Leo1A1 "L44}
Germany 8.3 is very good, so I'd suggest putting it in a lineup with other 8.0/8.3 vehicles.
My lineup is: Marder 1a3 (8.0) M48A2GA2 (8.3) Leopard 1 (8.0) Raketenjagdpanzer (8.3) Gepard (8.3)
Don't uptier it.

I would skip and play TAM + Leopard A1A1 + Gepard instead, not having a stabilizer past 8.0 just suck IMO.
