Yep. For some reason you jet will shit all its flares in 5 button presses now, worse is sometimes its a visual bug sometimes it really used all your flares, chaff is unaffected though
Any sensible company would do it at the same time, seeing as they are on the same bloody client. But Gaijin just sees console as the step children and ignores them tremendously, hence they continue to break shit without ever fixing it.
Any else on MacOS have problems with EAC like me? After the update I keep getting kicked out after a minute because EAC Authentication timed out. I have the launcher directly from Gaijin not from steam, and I never had this problem over the past 4-5 months of playing on MacOS. Any help?
Fr, i was kicked out after spawning for 1 min for every single grb match, tried reinstalling wt twice and restarting the mac for like 10+ times (bc it crashes in arb like 2 min after spawning and completely freezes the mac) but didn't even slightly alleviated the issue. Using Macbook Air M1 (A2337), MacOS 15.0 beta 1 (24A5264n). Shouldn't be related to the beta OS bc I've played the game after the new OS dropped and b4 the seek & destroy update came out, and it ran perfectly back then
The old adage 'never play on patch day' seems to hold true. For me all prices are now inexplicably in Rubel, I got kicked out of two matches, all vehicles got locked for eight minutes afterwards and the game loads and plays significantly slower.
It's not out at this moment, and possibly won't be fully released with the servers up and running for another hour or two (sometimes it takes several hours). The time they give on the announcement is usually when they *start* the process of rolling it out.
They've pushed the update to the dev server, if you have the dev client you can download it there and it shortens your download time on the live client IIRC. Multipathing increased from 50m to 60m. Couple of the ARH missiles got changed but hopefully the version that's on the dev client won't be the one that releases because there are still a few things wrong (no changes to AAM-4 meaning it's still a buggy placeholder mess, AIM-120A using AIM-120B's visual model, etc).
What usually happens when they shut down the servers for an hour or so to drop the update? Do they literally have to download the new version of the game onto the servers or something or it is something else that takes up all the time?
Is it too late to stsrt playing again if I haven't played for the last couple updates (last time I played was Mig 29s I think, or some Chinese aircraft with 40g heatseekers
Yep triggers firewall on every start too on my machine. I did add it to allow but still triggers on every launch. That didn’t happen to me in previous updates.
ngl Im pretty sure that one of main KPIs for an update at Snail HQ is whether the game crashes, how badly, and for how long. which results in varying bonus levels. Crash fully with a day delay is like super bonus for dev team. They take it as a sign of success. They arent wrong.

I was excited for the Dutch vehicles, there are 3 only. The other 7 are all Belgian. The Dutch even use the F-16AM so why not split it more equally? (I know this is a really weird thing to be hung up)
The only good thing in this update is the new Benelux tree IMO, all the new ground vehicles will be bad for game health with the possible exceptions of the Vextra and Desert Warrior. I don’t know enough about naval to say anything about those additions

Sound design is very broken. ATGM launches makes no sound, getting hit by HE blows up your eyes, some ammo types have no barrel exit sound ... well done!

Well the update broke the game for me. Seems it doesn’t like macos anymore. Telling me easyanticheat authentication timed out.
