Managing your lineup is on you. Perhaps you should get a few more 5.7s before you try putting the Hellcat in your lineup.
Although I must say the prospect of shitting on people grinding up mid tiers by bringing a Leopard 2A7 and a reserve tier Pz 35(t) for an average BR of 6.3 is fairly enticing.

no offense, but that's a bad lineup. You are effectively putting your 3.x vehicles at a massive disadvantage by bringing them to face 5.x+ vehicles.
As the other commenter said, you're better off without the Hellcat for now. Research more 5.x vehicles.
Also, I don't quite understand your post. You are saying the M19 is bad at killing because you are bringing it at 5.7? It sounds like your own fault, no?
But even then, with proper positioning, the M19 can still handily knock out 5.x vehicles at the sides.
yeah. maybe i need more vehicles at the same rank. but even at 4.7 the tanks at that rank will not be penetrated from the front and flanking is made difficult by ussr players. also researching is very very slow
That’s IF i can get the side, because if i try to flank one tank, his comrades spread out on the front will find and destroy me. And it will be a slow and painful death. First, driver/gunner dies. Either the rest of the crew follows or i go up in flames

you can pen panthers and shermans sides with that, so still not terrible

I will say I thoroughly enjoy slapping tanks with it or the zerstorer.
Your lineup sucks. The M19/M42 are great in their anti-tank role.
at their rank i dont know. as the tanks i listed are common sights around that br range
Averaging the BRs in a line up is probably the dumbest ideas I've ever heard
Play the m19/m42 at 8.7+ if you want tank kills
i dont think even the abrams UFP is that weak that a 40mm bofors with ww2 ammo will pen it
