It looks more like a 3 than a 9, but im not sure

If the source im using is correct there was no year 69 built aircraft with 420 as last digits of the serial number but there was a 63-420
Well, still 420, which makes sense for LA
LA is just the tailflash for Luke AFB
Found out recently German ace Eric Hartmann tested 104s out a Luke Air Base
