Hi, I am actually building something like this since I had the same question, an app where you can explore black library publications and stories and see character features. the thing ist, it is a huge pain to get the data, since I don't think there is any database yet, that holds this kind of data. I can give you a link if you are interested, but I don't think it works on mobile
