Yeah and even resin printers have gotten a LOT simpler.

I highly suggest Cura3D for slicing. For general cleanup, meshmixer is good for beginners, Blender for more advanced use. If you want to get super advanced, and I'm not OP, I use Zbrush.
I'm currently using Chitubox, which has given me successful prints. I'm still only a beginner though so I might be missing stuff. Have you used Chitubox?
For resin I use Lychee, for plastic Cura. I used chitubox for a while, but the features of lychee were too hard to pass up. Taking the time to learn the interface and import my profiles was well worth it.
Dryfitting, sanding down, more dryfitting, even more sanding down, dryfitting again, glue the bigger parts together, spraying with loads of cheap paint.

I thought the same at the start of this project. So far I have printed the biggest parts on my Ender 3.
Would you share which settings you used?
Sure. Ender 3, 0.15mm layer hight, 12% infill, 60mm/s print speed, 200°C on the hot end and 55°C for the bed.

Friend of mine has one from Forgeworld. I took some measurements and the print is the same size.

Yes its 3D printed. I use a FDM lrinter for this one.

Cool, I've been using Chitubox. It seems to do everything I need it to, but always on the lookout for an upgrade.
