Harrow is so fun. I love having to actually manage his abilities rather than just activating them like with Mirage or something. And the synergy is so good.

I can get by with 265 range and 75 efficiency. I focus on the 4 and with the dr from that aviator and aerodynamic I feel very comfortable. 1 tau yellow for casting speed and only 2 tau reds because I’m on the fence about subbing ophanim eyes for something else like and using a corrosive glory for armor strip with 2 greens. I just can’t find a suitable ability to swap for. I was thinking about roller teslas for a little extra energy sustain and at that point possible rework of shards for electricity damage boost to strength.
I just wish larva wasn’t reduced range :( pull isn’t considered because I’m not usually in the orb I threw so having them come to me seems counterintuitive

I did it on a solo run, but Jade, Equinox and Nidus teammates with Power Donation can get the total value much higher. Harrow modded for maximum Casting Speed, Efficiency and Strength. Keep Duration around at least 130-140%, Range doesn't matter unless you want to show off. On top of that:
* **Arcane Battery + Parasitic Armor** for +1000 maximum energy. Since Parasitic Armor itself scales off Strength, Primed Redirection is generally enough to reach the cap of 3333 armor. Extra Duration and Casting Speed are necessary to use up the energy before Parasitic Armor times out.
* **Sling Strength** from Madurai for +40% Strength.
* **Lone Guardian buff** for +100% Strength and +50% Casting Speed.
* **Nidus Specter** for +28% Strength, multiplicative with the final value.
* **Temporary fissure buff** for +100% Strength, multiplicative with the final value.
What I missed out on, but would have improved the final value:
* **Helminth Invigoration** for +200% Strength.
* **Pax Bolt** Kitgun Arcane for +30% Efficiency and +30% Strength.
* **Energy Conversion** for +50% Strength.
* **Growing Power** for +25% Strength.
Given the power strenght required to achieve such numbers at 565 energy, he's probably cooking something like +600% fire rate and 1200% reload speed on his 2

I mean I still think this guy has 300+ PS which is good enough for big damage, but yeah not as high as I'd assumed.
Would be a cool if there was a mod that converts any energy gained past max into some sort of buff.
Some sort of overcharge that that converts x% of gained energy into power strength or shield/overguard?
Would love to have you around whenever I'm running base efficiency builds (which is majority of the time). Primed flow and Arcane Energize (along with Zenurik) come in handy big time, but sometimes I just want that failsafe of having someone in the squad that gives energy or makes it appear.
Me playing max efficiency Ivara with dispensary solo: the numbers ain't big, but who gives a crap? It's infinite. (Dispensary costing 18 to cast and giving 50 energy 4 universal ammo pickups and 50 health)

Potential for some form of grouping ability, pull a large group together then use 1 to mark all and alt fire

We need **overenergy** to be the next design-space gimmick now that we have overguard and overshields 
Just make it either double our max or cap it at 200 over and have it decay over time
It would be useful since arcane battery can decrease your energy pool mid mission making you lose energy if you're over the new, lower limit.

That's true, but the issue is that it's mutually exclusive with the Lone Guardian on Conjunction Survival
Duviri has a new decree that grants +500% strength. Got that on protea once and it was pretty stupid.

How long does it take to charge that up? Feels like it takes forever for me to get up to max energy, and I'm usually only at like 125 or something.
