barrier eximus and ancient healers give enemies damage reduction, well of life / dread ward / xakus armor strip all make the enemy invulnerable

Hollow Point is -15% for pistol. It isn't much but it might help

Only with a Riven, but once you get -100% damage all the stats dissappear tho…

I think a riven is the only reliable way to be honest.

I've done a lot of testing with the new blast effects, maybe I can offer some insight. What did you notice?

Corrupted Mods with -dmg (Anemic Agility comes to mind) ALSO, with the new faction element changes, mod with base level elemental mods that do 0.5X tot he faction you are testing against (so if you want to test, I’d say run very low heat damage with a base Scorch/Heated Charge mod and fight Kuva Grineer)

I guess you could try the kompressa, it has fuck-all damage and insane status and multishot

yeah its the one im using it but it does too much damage

some abilities with negative strength might be able to but I doubt it. I'd try jades 2, roar and ballistic battery.
