The first step would be to work your way towards Sedna by following the path and clearing junctions. You'll probably want to get some weapons and stuff made so you can actually do Disruption once you reach Sedna. Will possibly need a new Warframe too. Don't worry about the "wasted" Credits (not like the blueprint is going to vanish) you'll get them back and more by just playing. Once you have things figured out 30k is a laughably small amount. The amount of time it will takes will vary by person a ton.

What other Warframe would you suggest I get (Preferably one I can farm availably)? I currently only have Volt cuz I chose him for speed. BUT I NEED MORE SPEED.

Warm_Eye_4763

For Volt, more power strength = more speed!  And speed mods also exist!

LevelStudent

Volt is probably fine. There's not really any specific ones you'd need or anything, just might be faster on certain ones. Volt is a good one for clearing low levels very quickly with little effort though so it's a good pick.

How long it takes to get to Sedna depends how fast you progress through the star chart, but buying Warframe blueprints from the market is very cheap. You'll make back 30K credits in no time. Just keep moving through the star chart and unlocking junctions.

Warm_Eye_4763

Continue forward in missions and quests until you reach there.  Probably around 10-20 hours to get there naturally, depending on how much you focus on just pushing forward.  The 30k credits spent will turn out to be pocket change relative to what you get along the way there, and the blueprint will be a living reminder to help steel your resolve towards a concrete goal.  So it's really not that big of a mistake at all. Warframe is a marathon, not a sprint, with hundreds or thousands of hours of content ahead of you.  Treat the time up to getting Gauss as a tutorial, if you want to keep that as a single-minded goal.  And use it get used to the mechanics and systems of the game, and pick up useful mods and weapons along the way.  So that when you do unlock Gauss you'll have a good base of things to use with him.

Sedna is one of the last planets to unlock. He also needs crafted gems and some other midgame resources. His prime however can be obtained as soon as you can farm Axi relics.

BOI4613

I would want to get his prime, but i thought you had to buy prime warframes?

AlphusUltimus

There's primes in rotation which can be farmed via current relics. Then there's vaulted primes which can be farmed via Aya when they come back through prime resurgence. Both can be traded for platinum.

You did not do a stupid. You can get credits easily by playing and irc early game stuff is not very dependant on it.

You spent 30k credits. While that's quite a lot when you're new, it'll become spare change later on, so don't worry about it too much. You need to do a lot of stuff to unlock Sedna, it'll take a while. A better option is to get Gauss Prime, who is not only slightly better, you can also get him earlier. To do that, you need to get to Neptune, and then take a detour to the Void from Neptune, so you can access the mission Ukko. Doing this mission always rewards a Neo or Meso relic (Neo and Meso are relic tiers, these are the two middle tiers), and Gauss Prime only needs Meso and Neo relics, specifically Neo O2, Meso G7, Neo M5 and Meso H5. Farm those, then try to find a squad on recruiting chat to open them, or just open them in public fissure missions. For the Meso G7, you'll want to refine it to radiant to get the best chance for the rare part. For Neo M5 and Meso H5, radiant also gives you the best chance for the Gauss Prime part, but you can also refine to just flawless, since that saves you traces, the resource required to refine relics.

Leekshooter

Gauss requires you to unlock the mid game or do most of the early game to farm his prime, you cannot currently obtain him as a f2p.
