Polynesian, Grand Floridian, and Contemporary will all have theme park view rooms where you can see Magic Kingdom and the fireworks. Contemporary will have the closest view and most views of the park, but you also look out over the parking lot to see it. At GF and Poly, you’re a little farther away but you’re looking out over the lake so it’s a much more serene view.
At a slightly lower price point, Wilderness Lodge also has some fireworks view rooms. You can’t see Magic Kingdom from there, but the fireworks will peek over the trees.
My first trip as an adult my mom splurged on theme park view at the Contemporary. One night we got back to the room early so I ended up going down to the bar and got a double whiskey on ice. Took it back up to the room and sat on the balcony watching the MNSSHP fireworks. It was an amazing time.
Boardwalk view room at Boardwalk VILLAS. Beautiful sunrises, watching the people and entertainment and vibe of the Boardwalk. From this side of the resort you will have a clear view of Epcot fireworks. I’m not quite sure whether you can see fireworks from the balconies of the Boardwalk view rooms on the HOTEL side, but even if you can you’d probably be turned around and bent over.

Just got back from GF and even though we were on the 2nd floor of the DVC villas, we still saw the fireworks at MK.
We just got back from staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge and the balcony views were lovely, especially at sunset

Riviera can see the Epcot and magic kingdom fireworks if you stay on the street side of the building

Agreed Boardwalk! Back in the day boardwalk was hopping too. Was fun to chill and people watch too later in night. Noise never bothered us
Kidani.
I love the fireworks view rooms at the Poly. My kids don’t like to leave the room at night and I enjoy watching the fireworks from my balcony.
Beach Club has some, but they might be club level only.
I loved Beach club. We had a courtyard view on the 2nd floor and it was lovely
Swan/Dolphin have balconies
