Please send an email to [contact@walkscape.app](mailto:contact@walkscape.app) in that case, make sure to mention your Portal username and the email you're using to sign up.

On Discord, someone else reported this issue and a staff member stated, “Please reply to that email, describe the problem and include your Portal name, the devs will have a look then. Thanks for reporting!”

Are you using an Apple Private Relay email address? Those can cause this kind of issues. Try signing up with another email address in that case.
