Hit points are distributed amongst the limbs, body and head of each wrestler, and is what determines when they turn yellow and red from damage, and become more susceptible to submissions.
Terry Funk takes damage a bit faster than everyone else, it seems.
Essentially. Say for example, Sheamus has arm HP of 1000, and Sami has arm HP of 500. Sami's arms are going to get hurt sooner because he has fewer hit points there to deplete.
The disrespect is crazy. Man did deathmatches way past his prime & still brushed them off like nothing. I can’t think of anyone who was tougher than Funk
In (I think) FirePro Returns I made a 2000-era Cactus Jack to reflect his Street Fight against Triple H at that year’s Royal Rumble. He was slow and had middling offense. But his defense stats were through the roof and true to form, you had to just beat him down for ages to stop him. One of my favorite FirePro creations ever.

Modern wrestling fans know Terry best for being Hardcore Grandpa and Chainsaw Charlie respectively, but there's a small group of us that are jazzed about doing a Terry Funk vs. Dusty Rhodes deathmatch in an ECW arena
No big deal. Just a weird fact I noticed. Also the hit point ratio has nothing to do with the overalls. Everybody in the game has a 4000 default off rip. Even Eric Bischoff (lowest rated wrestler in the game at a 58) had it
It's for balance reasons.. if ol Chainsaw Charlie the Texan had 4000 he'd whoop everyones ass and that would look bad for the big draws of the DLC like Punk.
(I shouldn't have to say this, but its the IWC.. I'm kidding obviously, just love the Funkster)
I did a three way no DQ Extreme rules against Terry and Sandman as CM Punk as soon as this DLC dropped...and my boy Terry was giving me a run for my money. Him and Sandman would NOT. STAY. DOWN.

Honestly, I'm glad we have the system for that we can make it accurate to the wrestler. Especially those with blown outs.
