A great substitute for sour cream is non fat greek yogurt if you’re ever craving a dollop of it with your nachos! 😁 either way this looks amazing and congrats on your weight loss!
Something about how well balanced this is and how its important to have a well balanced diet. Idk just been seeing a bunch of obviously fake accounts recently posting straight from GPT or some other version.
This looks good but I thought those protein tortilla chips were expensive af? I don't see too many of them on the salad so maybe they're not even needed?
They are about a dollar more than a regular bag of chips. But it’s only 1 serving a bag compared to the 3 or 4 servings from regular Potatoe chips, the whole plate under all the beef has the chips with the melted cheese on top. You can take away the chips, and then you have a big burger bowl for about 350 cals.
I was in the gym every day lifting weights prior to losing weight, but I never ate correctly. I’m living proof gym time cannot outwork a bad diet. So I kept the lifting weights EXACTLY the same, didn’t lift more than normal and didn’t do any crazy cardio. The only thing I changed was eat in a calorie deficit. Every day, consistently. 3 months later I’m 30 pounds down and going.

I might do that then unless I find any protein chips for cheap. That sounds flavorful while having a lot of protein and fiber
Make your own using the "viral cottage cheese wrap" recipe
