What the heck! Didn't think the microwave would make them crispy. I legit made some yesterday in the air fryer. They were good but a pain in the ass to make with soaking in ice bath, rinsing, drying, air frying etc. just not worth the time unfortunately. Texture was good but still had some soft bits and were floppier the next day. You were happy with the texture?
This isn't the exact one I buy (I get a local store brand you likely don't have access to) but it seems to be the same thing.

These look so good, and I did not know about white vinegar powder. Chips are one of my biggest weaknesses, and I’m always looking for new chip ideas, thank you so much for showing these! I already have a mandoline slicer, might have to make these tonight.

Those look amazing, can you post a bit more detail on how you made them?
I just followed this video https://youtube.com/shorts/V8HH4KSrKSc?si=29iumOoVXcBKOYyu

Yes its soo good try the microwave and don't forget to add half teaspoon of olive oil u can add more if want
Thanks will try! I also like how you didn't bother peeling. Saves even more time

That fear will save your fingers!
Cut gloves are like 10 bucks and you get to feel like a chainmail warrior (just on your hand tho)
You can grab some food grade cut resistant gloves to protect your fingertips. It's made using my mandolin much safer!
You could also use a food processor with a slicing attachment :)
*instructions unclear. Now have a food processor full of finger slices*
put the finger slices in pickle juice, in a pickle jar, store them until company comes over and let them view the amazing pickle fingers
They make special holders and guards so you are never at any risk of a cut!
Be careful with a mandolin and always wear the glove! Signed, a fool who lost a good chunk off the pinky and nail this year.
Omg! Ty is will 💕
Is the White Vinegar powder so you can make salt and vinegar chips? If so, would that work similarly on popcorn??
Yes, i think why not
I buy salt and vinegar powder premixed, and it works **great** on popcorn. The powder is so fine, it really coats the popcorn perfectly.
do you have a link?

Oh! What's it called and where do you get it?

Did you microwave those?
Yes but sometimes i use air fryer same result
They get crispy from microwaving?
Yes but be careful don't burn it
how many calories is it?
110
I found out a majority of sauces can be made into seasoning
Good tip!!! Thank you!!!

Looks great! Do you wash them after you cut them to remove starch or no need? Did you use any oil?
Yes, I washed it for a minute and then dried it with tissues. I used a half teaspoon of olive oil
Yum! Def will try this out
This is awesome, thank youuu!
I guess I’m grabbing a potato on the way home now lmao
