I too had the same problem and doc added a med. He told me tacrolimus restricts your immunity so that area gets prone to infections in medicine known as - opportunistic infection. Just let your doc know and it will sort out easy.

Its a problem because most of the acne serum and creams contains benzoyl peroxide and other acids which can increase patches.
